Calibrated Spectroradiometer Systems
ILT offers NIST traceable, calibrated spectroradiometer systems including integrating spheres, cosine correcting diffusers, fiber patch cords and our complimentary Spectrilight III software that easily and accurately measure spectral irradiance, photometry, color coordinates, CCT, illuminance, peak wavelength and more. UV, broadband UV/VIS/NIR, VIS and IR spectroradiometers are combined with input optics to meet a broad range of applications. Our ILT970 and ILT570 spectroradiometer systems are fully characterized and are calibrated for their spectroradiometric response following ISO/IEC 17025:2017 certifiec processes, and supported by global recalibration centers in North America, Europe and China.
