Customer to assign a calibration due date for their equipment.  (Industry standard for calibrations is every 12 months.)  


PLEASE READ: ILT strongly recommends using the supplied protective case for all shipments.  Shipping warranty may not apply to damage caused from shipping without protective case.

PLEASE NOTE:  Effective 4/1/2023 all meters with IL firmware will receive firmware updates at no cost as part of our standard calibration procedure.  To request an exception, please use the Special Service Requested Notes and state “No firmware upgrades allowed.” Any other special request, custom service, request for quote, expedites etc. must be noted in this RMA form prior to submission. All orders will be reviewed against the online RMA only.  

ILT will use the information listed above to enter and confirm your calibration order.  When a PO number is supplied, ILT will consider the information supplied as the official purchase order and will proceed accordingly. 

 Any changes to the RMA/order after submission of this form must be requested via email to [email protected]. Please do not include special instruction in the shipment as shipping documents are not reviewed by the customer service/order processing dept.
